ive got a message saying the film has been downloaded the maximum number of times

There is a limit of the number of times content can be downloaded, I'm not sure what it is but there is no way around it other than to try it again in a few days time to see if it then works.

I've had that too. I have my comfort films. Not been able to download in it ages, so leaving it a few days won't help. The only thing I can think of is to purchase it from the sky store. Or some other streaming service.
sorry couldn't be of more help.

Hi
did anyone find anyway around this??
my little boy is obsessed with boo snoo
and it isn't available to buy so he can no longer watch it out of the house
Surely the fact that you only allow downloads for 30 days and they expire 48 hours after watching would allow customers to download them as many times as we wish
there is clearly a problem somewhere here SKY
Please pass this to the higher ups to look into as it's just ridiculous
