Hi
Im having an issue using the sky go app on my laptop. when i try to use the app to watch sky sports specifically im getting the error code 1401. I can watch all other channels and dont have a problem viewing this content on my phone or ipad. In typical sky fashion im struggling to get any advice or speak to someone. if you could help that would be greatly appriciated.

If you are seeing the 1410 error then make sure you are signed in with the correct ID.

Hi, I'm using the same log in details that I use on my phone and iPad. They both work absolutely fine! I can view all other channels on my laptop just not sky sports.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi. I have the exact same issue as the original poster. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. I've logged out and back in and restarted my MacBook but I'm still having the same issues due where all other channels work bar my sky sports. I can view sky sports on my iPhone and iPad with no issue but not my MacBook
