code 1310: you need the relevant sky subscription to watch this show

I am a paid user and can watch all the shows on my sky box on the TV - however when I log and use the app I get the above message regardless of what show I watch. Frustrating

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sorry for the late reply. It has never worked - I only joined sky in the last few months
