cannot get bt sport on sky go even though i purchased it through sky

I have purchased BT sport via sky as part of my package. I have had broadband installed today and have set up sky go on my devices. I am unable to watch BT sport in sky go  Nd a code number 1104 comes up.  I do not gave my sky q set up until 7.4.23. Am I able to watch bt sport on sky go before this date and if so , how do I get it to work

As a new customer who is awaiting instaltion you should be able to access the channels via Sky Go which I would asume uncludes BT so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Update:

Spoke with @Rontom211 and checked account, this account is not active yet and is awaiting install, Although the free Sky Go does include Sky premium content, it does not include BT Sports, this will go live once the install has taken place, Thanks again for the escalation have a great afternoon 🙂
