Xbox one
I recently signed out of the Sky Go app on my Xbox and it won't let me sign back in and it's saying ' you can't use sky go on this device yet ' I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working

Do you have Sky Go Extra or Multiscreen on your account?

I'm not sure which one but I know it worked on my Xbox and now it isn't working. I thought it was because I had too many devices with sky go on it so I removed a few but it still isn't working

The reason it was working was the previous version of the app wasn't checking if you had the correct package on your account while the latest version does so as @Annie+UK has said you do need Multiscreen or Sky Go Extra or if you are a Sky Glass customer you need the Whole Home sub. If you are not sure then have a look here at your online billing under the TV section:
