Sky Red Button On Sky Sports App

Sky Sports Red Button games don't work on the sky sports app anymore and haven't the last few times they've been shown. The list of red button games is there, but when you select one of them, it brings up a screen showing the live featured game from the tv channel.  Is this an IT issue?

As the game is now over it is a bit late now to do anything but should this happen again then it might be worth sending an email to the Viewer Relations team about this -  viewerR@sky.uk

Make sure you let them know that this is via the Sky Sports app and on what device you are using.

The game should also have been available via the Sky Go app so did you check to see if it was ?

Thanks for that link. No I didn't try that as I read somewhere that red button games aren't available on the sky go app?

That used to be the case but I think the majority have been on the app this year.
