Why can I not use Sky Go on my phone?

I have Sky Stream but Sky Go does not work on my phone. What do I need to do? Thanks for any help

Password is fine, just when I try to watch a programme, ie, football, I get the error message

It might be but others in the past have found that if their password contains a symbol then it can throw up errors like that.
