Where can I get Sky Go Extra ?

Where can I get Sky Gio Extra ?

 

I tried the ChatBot and it told me to go to Upgrades but there is no mention of Sky Go Extra on that.

 

I tried Sky VIP on the MySky app and even though there is a section for Sky Go download but there is no mention of Sky Go Extra there.

 

Is it a case of calling Sky and asking them for the upgarde to the Sko Go Extra App

I'm afraid so then Sky can see the best way to get it added to your account.
