Where can I get Sky Gio Extra ?

I tried the ChatBot and it told me to go to Upgrades but there is no mention of Sky Go Extra on that.

I tried Sky VIP on the MySky app and even though there is a section for Sky Go download but there is no mention of Sky Go Extra there.

Is it a case of calling Sky and asking them for the upgarde to the Sko Go Extra App
