I have a full subscription to SKY Q including SKY Sports and pay for TNT through my SKY subscription. All works well on my TV. On SKY GO, however, although all the SKY channels are available, I get a message saying I am not subscibed to TNT when I try and go on it and asking me to do so.
Help would be appreciated.

Apologies. I have just realised I pay though BT so that is my route., not SKY GO. Sorry again for bother. PLease cancel.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
