Watch via sky go is not working

I called sky customer care as my sky go isn't enabled . I would like to see videos on Tv  that I play on my phone. Customer care person tried to reset it but it's still not working .

Generally you can't connect Sky Go to your TV.  What exactly are you trying to watch?

I would like the functionality if I watch a video on my phone via YouTube or just a general video, I would like to play it on tv . Right now, when I click tv sign on the video on my phone, then I can only hear the sound in the video on my tv .

Q doesn't provide such functionality.  Your TV might through its 'smart' features  Sky Go doesn't support mirroring/casting.

I can cast YouTube directly to my TV (It's an LG) from a mobile device.

And as you've found only audio is supported via BT.

As stated above you can't do this via Sky Go as not only can you not stream to your TV via it, it also has not connection whatsoever with YouTube. If you want to stream via YouTube then one way would be to invest in a Chromecast device that plugs into a usb port on your TV then you can steam from YouTube to your TV.
