I can no longer use Sky Go on my MacBook Pro
For the past two months Sky Go hasn't been working on my MacBookPro. I have uninstalled it several times. It appears to download and after it says it is updating it gets stuck on that screen and won't open up. Please could someone help?

Re: I can no longer use Sky Go on my MacBook Pro
Have you tried this to completely remove the app before you install it again:
Uninstall the app
Launch the Finder, go to the Downloads folder and delete ‘SkyGoInstaller.’
In Finder, go to the Applications folder and delete Sky Go app
Remove Sky Go files
In the Finder select Go to folder ... from the Go menu (or press c).
A dialog box should appear. Now copy and paste the following text into the box and press the return key: ~/Library/Application Support/
Select the Sky Go folder and delete it
Empty Recycling Bin
Reboot the Mac
Download and reinstall Sky Go

Has anyone managed to get this to work? I have followed this instruction yet left with the same issue a blue screen with a white play sign in the middle.

Same for me. I foolw th instructions, but Sky Go still won't show programmes. Works perfectly on my iPhone, though.

Re: I can no longer use Sky Go on my MacBook Pro
I've had problems using Sky Go on my Mac for ages now - always the PFE 9001 error - tried numerous things - eventually got it to work with ExpressVPN which was surprising as VPNs are usually an issue - this got me to realise it was something to do with my network settings - eventually found out that it was to do with my having set my DNS to 1.1.1.1 on the Mac's WiFi - removing this from network settings and letting it default back to my router's DNS (without VPN) solved all my problems - hope this helps folks.
