Upgrade your subscription to watch sky on my mobile

Cannot watch sky sports on my mobile via sky go , just says please upgrade your subscription

After speaking with Gansta we accessed the account and discovered their Sky ID was linked to an old account.

Advised on how to unlink the ID and to then link to the new account.

It was a pleasure speaking with you Gansta and thanks again.

Are you a Sky TV customer as you need to be before being able to access any content via the Sky Go app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
