Unable to watch some recordings on Sky Go

Trying to watch Sky Q recordings using Sky Go on my laptop with mixed succes.

It shows it is connected to the Sky Q box and most recordings are ok.

Some of the recorded programmes just show the programme image and nothing else appears when hovering over it, but the recording plays ok.

With others, hovering over the programme image produces an enlarged image with a 'play' icon towards the top and a 'record' icon towards the bottom (despite the programme having already been recorded) with a note to confirm that it has been 'recorded to Sky Q box'.

However, with some recordings, the 'play' icon in the recording on the home page shows an 'R' instead. At the bottom it states the samd as before ('record' and 'recorded to Sky Q box'). The recording is readily available on my TV, but can't be watched on the laptop when is should be available.

When  clicking on the 'record' icon a note appears stating that "the recording has been deleted on the Sky Q box", and that's what happens, it deletes it.

 

Any suggestions anyone?
