Sky Go on phone not connecting with Sky Q Box!

I cannot connect Sky Go on my Android phone to my Sky Q box. I have even signed out of my Sky account and signed in again without any success. Any help greatly appreciated.

Is the option to connect the app to your Q box turned in in the settings on the app and also the setting to connect to the sky go app within the settings on your Sky Q box ?

Yes settings showed it was connected. Eventually rang Sky and issue was sorted out. Took almost an hour on phone as I was continually transferred from one customer rep. to another. I had to uninstall Sky Go app and then reinstall it and finally problem was solved.

Hi Did you ever sort this out, as I am having them same issue, I called sky go technical and they are lost for words, it was working fine few days ago but all of sudden sky go on the phone not connecting with SKY Q Box
