Unable to get into my sky go app

Unable to access my sky go app, it keeps telling me to download an app.

To access Sky Go you do have to download an app so what device are you using ?

I have already download the app some years ago, but every time I go in now it is telling me to set the app u!!!!

What device is this on and what is the operating system that is running on it because it might be that Sky Go will no longer work on it due to the operating system being to old.

This is on iPhone 14!!

As the iPhone 14 was only released this year I can't see how you installed it years ago so if it isn't working then delete the app, reboot it then install it again.

Hi thanks for your help, the appp transferred when I got the pphone from my previous phone. But it worked when I first got the phone, but then started coming up to download the app. But thanks once again for your help.
