@Pops9  You added to a post on th Sky Go Board which is an app and does not use a remote.

 

Which TV Platform are you referring to?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Pops9  I'll repeat what has been posted Sky Go is a PC/Mobile app it does not use a remote control.  It does not even support apps within itself.

 

So which TV Box are you referring to?  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

 

Without this basic informationn we can't help you.
