The dreaded 1310 IH code
Like all those who have posted about not getting sky movies etc because of the dreaded 1310 code, I have not seen a response as to solve this problem ,just more buck passing. It is obviously not an isolated problem so why hasn't sky put out a solution. As others have stated we are paying for a service we are not getting and that is not good enough, so come on sky give us a solution and print it in this 1310 section.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

I'm still waiting for Sky to produce a solution to the 1310/1410 error code which stops people watching sky movies on laptops.
Instead of the community trying to solve a sky problem, let's have Sky find the answer who have tech knowledge and who caused the problem.
- Come on Sky own this problem and get it sorted NOW!
