Technical fault

I haven't been able to get sky on any of my tv's, mobile device or laptop it keeps saying technical fault. I have rebooted WiFi, restarted everything and it still isn't working.

 I unplugged everything for 5 mins, restarted it and thankfully it's working now.

See if that works for you.

I am getting intermittent  connections to my phone and tablet no connection or saying waiting fo network connection to establish
