TNT sports live games are constantly pixelating. Only TNT. Only football. Almost unwatchable. Anyone else having a hard time?

Yes. Happened twice. Can't get an engineer due to a fault on the app and a 40 min wait for support. None of the trouble shooting guides help. Rubbish.
