Sky go telling me to upgrade my subscription to watch sports

Hi 

Recently got sky glass and a streaming Puck and I have sky sports but sky go keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription I have deleted the app and reinstalled but having no joy anyone having same issues and help much appreciated.

Are you logging in to the Sky Go app with the same SkyID that you have registered with your Sky Glass and Stream puck subscription? Are you able to watch Sky Sports on Glass and the puck without issue?

Hi, 

Yes signing in with the same details I can watch it on Tv it's just not working on my phone.
