Still not fixed!!!!!!!

Over a week since i had a Skygo update on my laptop and still no update fix

 

Clearly the 24.1.3.0 is faulty, it shows no video, I've tried daily to see if a new update but no just the same faulty one, Is it ever going to be sorted?????
