Sky go not working. It says I need to upgrade account.
Hi,
I have full sky sports subscription and sports HD. I am just trying to access sky go whilst on holiday and it's says I need to upgrade my account to watch. I think I should have access with my current packages.
I have tried on an android app and on windows.
When I look at my account details it says the Android device is registered for sky go.

Are you in the UK or if you are a Sky Ireland customer are you in Europe?
