Skygo opens gets to point where you select play then nothing happens. Just stays on show/ play screen. This happens on Apple TV box if I try on my iPhone 13 immediately after entering login details I get error saying because of a technical issue you cannot watch this Chanel please try again later.

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.
