Skygo app issues on ipad

Hi

 

Last week it worked on the ipad. This week its not. I  have done what I have seen others do deleted the app re installed it turned WiFi on and off and it's now tell me I need to have the device authorised ensure connected to the Internet which it is! Sorry but we pay a lot of money for Sky and for it to play up and not work is not great. Can someone advise please? Thanks

Do you use a VPN, if so try disabling it.

Yes after being on phone to sky I realised we had as used it abroad. Disabled it now its working!
