Sky Go - This device needs to be authorised error on two Devices

Sky Go app

 

Two separate devices we're working fine, but now both are showing  error "This device needs to be authorised " can anyone help? Tried rebooting, reinstalling etc

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi. I have the same error. Sky go needs to be authorised. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same problem

I am getting the same message "this device needs to be authorised" only used it 3 days ago?

Do you use a VPN if so it will need disabling.
