I've been with Sky for almost a year now and have SkyGo on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook, which I have used with no issues throughout my time with Sky.
However, recently a family member asked me for the login so they could continue their series on their phone. I downloaded the App and noticed the option for our recordings were missing. I tried clicking on someonthing to watch and got the dreaded "To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription." .
I did some research on these forums and tried everything - rebooting the modem/router, rebooting all Sky Q and multiroom boxes, deleting and reinstalling the App, as well as rebooting the iPhone.
I tried logging out on my personal iPhone (where SkyGo works) and then logged back in as a test - only to find I also now get the dreaded message , yet my iPad and MacBook still work fine.
Anyone know what the issue is?
