SkyGo - poor picture quality.

Hello all.

 

I have 890mb dload speed and 109 upload speed, yet I have at best a SD picture quality.  I'm on a HD channel.

 

Has anyone got any ideas as to how I can improve matters?

I'd suggest Go is certainly not as good as the dedicated apps from the much more recent streaming platforms, but then for Sky it's never been a primary product (which would be why it's 'free' with a Sky Television subscription)
