SkyGo not working

I'm in hospital and trying to watch SkyGo on their WiFi but it doesn't work, all other tv apps BBC ITV CHANNEL 4 all ok

Hospital WiFi might block Sky, I know their free NHS wifi in London does 😞

I have same issue on home wifi. It works fine on 5G. It has worked fine for years and just started out of the blue...I have tried everything, but nothing helped

If you have dynamic IP Addresses (most do), then you can have issues if there is a problem with the IP address you are allocated. The reason 5g would work is because this uses a different IP address/set up

Thanks. I guessed as much and hoped that rebooting the router would reset the ip. I've done that a few times but the issue persists. It has been fine for about 3 years, and now it's an issue got a week. Any ideas on how to reset IP or force a static one ?
