I have been using Skygo on my Windows 10 laptop for a long time without any issues.
However, approx. 1 month ago I came to use it and it seemed to process the Skygo updates as normal but then issued to following message:
"Skygo has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avaialble.
This has occurred on several occasions despite me deleting the program, flushing all Skygo details from the registry and rebooting my laptop. I have installed Skygo both from Mysky and by accessing the Sky website directly.
Skygo does work on my Iphone 11.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you do this complete removal of the app to remove the files and folders it uses:
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present (it might not be) the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again via here:
