I am trying to run SkyGo on a Windows 11 laptop. I authenticate into the app and get to the channel selection screen but as soon as I try to watch a channel I get the following error.
Code:PFE9004
Any idea what I could try?
The checking for updates runs ok, I have also tried to remove, reboot and reinstall but exactly the same issue.

The connection to SkyQ box was indeed turned on as default but I have turned it off and it is still giving the same error when trying to watch the channels.

I am suffering the same problem as caerarome, I have tried all the suggestions suggested previously in this discussion group plus I have also performed all the suggestions detailed on Dish Tracker. I have even tried the new test version of Sky. All to no avail. Has anyone solved this problem of the dreaded Error Code PFE9004 yet ?
