I'm a SkyQ customer, the SkyGo app is not loading anymore on my MacBook Air + Big Sur 11.7.10.
Trying to install the SkyGo app, just get the installing dialog box with the progress indicator, when the indicator reaches the end of its travel , the dialog box quits and nothing else happens.
I have followed ALL the help and advice available, deleted the app and its folders, rebooted, downloded and tried again, rebooted again, powered off again. Install fails as before.
Created a new admin user, downloaded again, tried to install, just get the installing dialog box with the progress indicator, when the indicator reaches the end of its travel , the dialog box quits and nothing else happens, no app is installed, no folders are created. this worked a month ago for sure on this device. Installing this same app on my Windows 10 laptop and all is ok, works fine. I'd appreciate if you can escalate this isssue.
Best Regards
Alan

After searching the sky community forums, finally found a "fix" or at least a workround.
Boot your mac into recovery mode , Command-R and run a Terminal session and type in:-
csrutil enable.
Restart your mac, re-install Sky Go.
This worked for me.
@marcucciosky couldn't see your post, I get
"Sorry, you don't have access to this page!"
