Hi, my sky go app will open ok on my MacBook and iPhone, but it won't play anything; live tv or selecting films etc.
error code: 0000
I have closed it down and reopened and updated the app too, still the same issue
can you advise please

On the Mac try this:
Uninstall the app
Launch the Finder, go to the Downloads folder and delete ‘SkyGoInstaller.’
In Finder, go to the Applications folder and delete Sky Go app
Remove Sky Go files
In the Finder select Go to folder ... from the Go menu (or press c).
A dialog box should appear. Now copy and paste the following text into the box and press the return key: ~/Library/Application Support/
Select the Sky Go folder and delete it
Empty Recycling Bin
Reboot the Mac
Download and reinstall Sky Go

Hi there, ever since this new windows update sky go error code 0000 appears...
I have uninstalled, deleted cookies and re-installed direct from website to no avail!
Please help,

We released a new version of the app on Friday and want to check if you cannot access Sky Go because of this new version.
Please let me know your version number and if this new link gets the app back up and running for you 🙂

I have tried to launch the Sky GO app onm my apple macbook air - OS Sonoma 14.6 but the app constantly crashes and i can't install a new version of Sky GO.
How do I fix this please?

Hi I have try several times to download the Sky go app but doesnt working.Its crashes every time after the app try to open.I have try as you said to go back to the old version and I have use your link you said but not any different!!!! comes up version 24.1.3-2 I m getting error ''Sky go quit unexpected. What is going on ....
