skygo is in slow mo

my skygo on windows 11 is on a go slow i did a fresh install of windows and skygo and now when i change the channel or press the x to get to the tv guide its very slow take for ever to do anythink i have tryed everythink

Mine is pathetic! I added a new hub at £5 per month extra cost too as it promised super speed.
Now the Sky Glass cuts out every 30mins or so and we have to reconnect to broadband each time.
If i click on a link for ANYTHING...it whirrs away for a few mins first
Te whole internet drops out every 5 mins or so for a few seconds
You cant watch videos and my sons gaming PC's flatly refuse to recognise the new hub!!!! GRRR!
We too have tried everything....... MANY times 😞
