SkyGO wont work

SkyGo says my account is restricted. Several live chats and phone calls to customer service and 50 minute call to technical support failed to resolve. I cannot manage my devices or watch any paid content. I get error trying to change name of any device and if I click confirm changes to remove device I just get spinner and same buttons back. XBox app spefically says your account is restricted. Mac version there is an issue with my account (dont worry our customer services can help, give them a call.....they cant!!!!) and Android says there is an issue with the account. Please someone help :-).

P..s. customer services and technical support hung up the line when it was clear they couldnt resolve the issue.  Very frustrating after spending so much time try to get a resolution. Customer service is so poor.

The image you posted doesn't show anything about being restricted so what is it you are trying to do so are you trying to remove or add a new device ?
