Sky Go not working
Can you please sort my Multiscreen out, not able to watch Sky Go,
Can view the channels number and see what’s on them but unable to play.
And I’m able to chick on the channel and it records on my Sky Box no problems
The error message that I’m getting

Bean on to customer service for 4 hrs in total Wednesday and Thursday, they say it will be 6 to 8 days before it is sorted

Mines been having issues since 3rd September 2025.
I'm currently upto 11 hours of calls regards this matter, been through every possible excuse you can imaginmg,
