Sky sports on sky go

I am new to sky! I have the sky sports subscription on my sky Q box but I can't access this on my sky go app! It's asking me to upgrade: anyone have any idea what I need to to be able to watch sky sports on the sky go app?

Is your sports subscription new, as in was it added after you initially signed up?

If it's still not working then I think you'll need to contact Sky to take a look at your account.
