Sky on Xbox app

Hi there I am having a problem with streaming sky channels on my New Xbox console .?? I had previous had it on my Xbox and had no problem ??

 

I have downloaded the app and logged in but it just says "There is a problem streaming the channel "? 

please could you help thanx
