This isn't a live chat to Sky as it is a community where customers help each other.

 

For this issue try connecting an external speaker to your PC or Mac that you are using. Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.

when trying to get SkyGo on my laptop and watch a program I get error message PFE-9500-IH and it isn't a sound problem but the program not loading

The advice above applies to you because as far as we know 9500 is a sound issue even though it isn't loading.

I am using it on mute as the program rugby on an Irish channel which has Irish commentry so no sound

My Alienware laptop won't let me run anything less than 24bit, so I now can't get sky go to run
