I haven't rebooted sky Q as it's working but will give that a go no to see if it works

SKY are absolutely first class at telling you nothing is wrong, or rather IGNORING issues when things dont work. I believe they wait until a high number of people complain about the same issue. SKY GO IS NOT WORKING. I AM AUTHORISED AND MY WIFI IS PERFECT ( It should be, SKY only put me onto fibre last week. After 40 years, there are alternatives.
