Sky go

Cant get onto any apps or recordings at all no wifi. But my wifi is working

Try rebooting the device that the Sky Go app is installed on.

I've got the same issue. Installed the app on 2 didfeeent iPads and the same problem. Rebooted the WiFi too but no change.

I am unable to play my recordings from q box on the Sky go app on both iPhone and iPad today. It recognises recordings, shows them, but when I click to play a message of 'unable to connect to app' appears

Try rebooting the device the Sky Go app is installed on and it that doesn't work do the same with your Sky Q box.

I'm having the Same problem but I can not access any of my recording on any of my sky boxes as well as my app can not even access my purchase of the sky store

There have been some issues earlier today so have you rebooted your main Sky Q box, leave it off for 30 seconds before powering it back up again.

Thanks. I've already rebooted devices, and deleted and installed new app, but haven't tried rebooting box itself which I'll try in morning.

I have rebooted everything but still cannot access recordings on any device and cannot access tv on mini Q box. !!!

So what else can I do ???

I'm having the same problem. It's really annoying. I can watch it on the TV but not on the iPad or iPhone. Which defeats the purpose of Sky Go really. Have you had any more luck this morning because mine is still not working?

Nope. Mine is still not working on iPad or iPhone but TV seems okay for recordings. Very annoying though

Not sure why but it's now working on both devices this morning. I've done nothing more than I did yesterday. I'll let you know if this is temporary. Could be a sky q box glitch? Thanks for all your help here.

sky go app not working on any device

So the app brings up your main screen as normal, and any recording you go to play (under recording, not downloaded)  flashes up straight away with 'sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting with the sky go app, please try again later'. This is on my iPhone and iPad. The sky Q box works, I've just put that on and can play any recording. I have refreshed, cleared history and reinstalled sky go app on my iPad (not done my iPhone as it's the same so clearly not my devices) any ideas or anyone else with this issue. The Sky app says there's no technical difficulties

Have you tried a reboot of your Sky Q box at the mains, so leave it off for 30 seconds before powering it back up ?
