Before I got my sky installed I was able to access my sky go however now I have it installed when I go to watch my sky go it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Can someone please help with this is I'm not aware what I can do. When I called up they showed me how to allow sky go on my sky box however my sky box wouldn't allow it so they sent someone out for me. When the person came they said they don't know why they've been sent out and didn't help. Please help

Yes i am a sky q customer and ive got sky go on android phone and iphone
