I got a new sky account but my sky go is connected to the old one, I have new account with the same email is there anyway to fix this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI take it you use this email address as a login, if so try logging into your old account and removing the email address (household or communication) by adding something else then saving the change, you can do this here:
