Trying to watch sky go on an Xbox and it says we don't have the right service even though our account says we do

Don't currently have any of those accounts. Have tried to get sky go plus but proving impossible at the moment. Thanks

You do need one of the top two before you can use the Sky Go on your console so are your a Sky Stream/Glass or Sky Q customer ?
