Hello sky, sky go on IOS 16.3.1 isn't allowing me to watch live to off my iPhone! I only installed sky go on my iPhone as its new yesterday. Please help me

Basically it's when I click the ply button it loads and comes up with can't connect to the sky go services

What device are you using ?

Have you tried a reboot of the device and also your broadband router if it is connected via Wifi ?
