Hi,
For quite a few weeks now I have been unable to use sky go on wy Windows 11 laptop. The application stops loading after 'downloading update' and eventually shows an error message with error code 0001.
I have tried every suggested solution on this forum and elsewhere multiple times and an now frustrated. What is going on? It seems from recent posts that I am not alone in my struggles. Is there some official acknowledgement of a widespread issue from Sky?
