Sky go upgrade your subscription

Since going back to sky Q from glass I can not view any programs via sky go it keeps telling me to watch upgrade your subscription.

I have deleted and reinstalled sky go app on different devices and reactivated on the Q box but still not working 

help please and thank you

Update - spoke to @Deano2121 after a few checks we found they needed to call our Sky ID team for specialist support 🙂
