Sky go not working.

I have just cut and paste this comment from a previous user as the exact same has happened to me:

 

I started the app and it came up with a message saying the software was corrupt or words to that effect and I had to reinstall the app. Once the app was reinstalled it just comes up with a black/blank window and hangs, no error messages.

 

I've looked online for solutions, i.e. disabling Cisco Videoguard but this does not appear in the control panel as a running process.

 

Has been working fine for the last month so assuming it is an update.

If I try to install an older version I get the corrupt message again after the 'Loading update' message.

Nothing else has changed on my laptop - Fujitsu
