Why is sky go not working on my
mobile phone when I was watching the same channel an hour on my iPad with no
issies???
telling me I need to upgrade my subscription is not correct

Are you signed into the app on your phone with the correct Sky ID ?

Haven't got skyQ box and yes signed in with correct ID. It worked fine last week.
Now every channel I pay for is saying I need to upgrade my subscription on sky go...

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
