Need some help my sky go app won't on mobile phone data 4g or 5g 

I get a code 17c.2 and 17c.1 on Apple TV sky go using my sky data as a hot spot 

looked it up nobody seems to know what this is 

I've rebooted phone installed and updated apps 

but yesterday I purchased a vpn and to my surprise sky go worked with vpn on mobile 

but still nothing on skysports live or

news 

now I was led to believe sky go doesn't work with VPN also when use my work WiFi or friends it all works fine 

so now I'm so confused why this is happening all of a sudden

not changed anything on my phone except upgraded my mobile data to unlimited with sky

i left and image with the error message 

I hoping someone can figure this out as it's baffled me
