I have upgraded to Sky Glass Whole Home yet I'm still unable to access Sky Go on my PlayStation?? What else do I need to do for this to work??

Whole home is all you need. Have you signed in to SkyGo on another device? See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-from-sky-what-do-you-need-help-with
"Trying to sign into Sky Go for the first time on a console? You'll first need to sign in on another device, like a computer, laptop, mobile or tablet. This is so you can accept Sky Go's terms and conditions. Follow set up Sky Go on another device to do so."
When did you add whole home? Is it showing in your account on the sky app or website? If this doesn't help you will need to call sky, we are fellow subscribers here.
